If you are responding to a magazine advert you will be aware that we have to submit copy well in advance of the publication date. Often our prices can change as a result of a volatile market or a manufacturers incentive, which will allow us to offer even more competitive prices than published. We try to ensure our website reflects the lowest price currently available.

You can always check the latest prices here on the web. We always quote prices including VAT.(although VAT may be shown seperately)

The combination of our buying power and low-cost operation means we can't be beaten on price. If you find the same goods cheaper we will match that price and give you 110% of the difference (as additional discount on the product)

All we ask to see is evidence, such as an advert or catalogue, that clearly shows the cheaper price includes VAT and is a matching offer. That means it's available to everyone, with no hidden handling charges and our competitor can supply it directly from stock on the same day just like us!

If you have found a lower price for the same product please email us at customerservices@printcartridge.net including the following details:

1- If you have already made your purchase, your order number and customer number.

2- Your name, address, email address and telephone number.

3- Product details including prices.

4- Competitors name and website address.

The following terms and conditions apply:

1- The item must be of the same make and or quality.

2- The item must be in stock and available to ship that day.

3- Clearance / end of line items do not apply.

4- The delivery charges must be clearly shown

5- UK mainland suppliers only. (not the Channel Islands)
